My First Chiken Karahi

All i know about pakistani food was chiken briyani and pratha.
well becouse i love to eat it. it taste good, specially with pratha cheese and mushroom in it. with kare sous. ehmm yummy....
after more then year and half having relationship with pakistani guy. today i decided to make my first pakistani dish. My boyfriend so happy to hear it. i said to him that i will try to make chiken karahi. its the simple one.
he agree with me and he gave me some advise. he said relax and cook it.
so after long conversation about chiken karahi last night. i decided to make it today with my own style.
and i Hope isnt to much going wrong from the pakistani chiken karahi patern.
first :
i prepare 1 kg chiken that already clean from the fat and skin
and i massage the chiken with 5 cloves garlic that i already blend it. i leave it for a moment until it seep into the chiken. while i soute the jinger for a second to gave a gold colour and drain it.

step 2:
i put the chiken than i already massage with 5 cloves carlic into a pan and wait until the chiken change into white in colour and the chiken produce it own water.pan it with small fire


step 3:
after that, put the cumin, coriander, black papper, 6 tomatoes that i already cut into small pieces, and put the ginger which i already fried for a while in the begining into it.
wait for a while until the chiken cooked well and the tomatoes change the form.
cooked the chiken until all ingredients seep into chiken. put some oil, green chilli and mint.

and i also ensure the chiken is cooked well
my honest personal opinion:
the chiken is cooked well, so tender, the mix of cumin,coriander, and black papper is so good, and the ginger make it warm and not so fishy in my mouth. mint leaf make it smells so good and the spicy from green chilli is enough.
hahahhaha thats my  verry subjectives opinion.
